The Day AFter Juneteenth, Summer Solstice and Cleaning

I spent two days on a blog draft that reads like a bitter rant. I can’t publish this. I’m just tired. I wrote about Juneteenth last year. Crap, is this writer’s block? Nah, I’d have be a real writer for that. The truth is more mundane, or rather the lack of the mundane.  I don’t have a work commute, yard work or brisk walk to a yoga studio. Those were mundane activities that gave me time to clear my head. Which leads me to how I spent this summer solstice. Time to clean. It works for me. This week, consider, how do you know when you need a break and what do you do to clear your head.
