Good tips Sheila, can be applied liberally to work and personal life for success! This post is a good reminder that when I find myself going down a path that I’m not happy with, it’s perfectly okay to press the reset button and start over again. The tip about finding a lifeguard is invaluable. None of us are able to do it alone in life, and to have someone that we trust, to be a mirror, is a great tool we can all utilize to right ourselves.

Lifeguard! Yes! They should be able to see when someone is in distress. Even though they are asking for help they could be asking the wrong person that can drown you. Yes, if there is that person you can trust as the lifeguard then girl stays on board.
