When you set goals, consider what you will need to give up, realize the expert has failed more than the novice has tried and finally, find your people. Surround yourself with the “right” people. Your people are those that support your goals and share your vision. Your people are those that want to see you succeed. What are your goals? Do you spend time with people who support your goals?  Do you spend time with people who have achieved your goal? If the answer to any of these is no, then you need to find new people.
